Making a Reservation at Spannocchia:

Accommodations at Spannocchia are available only to current members of the Spannocchia Foundation. Find out about membership benefits and become a member by visiting the Spannocchia Foundation website, spannocchia.org.

Farmhouses rent by the week, from Friday to Friday. Farmhouse rates include a weekly linen change for guests staying longer than one week. Charges for utilities, including gas, electricity, firewood, telephone and internet, and meals taken at the Castello dining room are not included in the basic prices, and will be calculated according to consumption at the time of departure.

Individual rooms in the Castello Bed and Breakfast are available on a nightly basis. Bed and Breakfast rates include breakfast and daily maid service, with a linen change 2 times per week. The Castello Bed and Breakfast is open for guest visits from March 1 - December 1.

Arrival for both the Farmhouses and the Castello B & B should be between 4:00 and 7:00pm. Checkout is at 10:00am.
